Current availability and prices

KayaPDF is free to download, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Banner advertising is its only revenue source. Purchases from advertisers are separate transactions with their sellers.

Requesting a refund

For an App Store transaction, use Apple's refund request service. For a Google Play transaction, follow Google's refund guidance or contact us with the order reference. Eligibility and processing depend on the purchase, timing, country and applicable law. We do not promise a universal refund deadline or automatic approval.

Refunds and cancellation are different

If a subscription is offered in the future, its renewal and cancellation conditions must be shown before purchase. Cancelling a subscription does not itself refund an earlier payment. Deleting an app does not itself cancel a store subscription. No subscription is currently offered inside KayaPDF.

Payment questions and consumer rights

Contact support with the store name, purchase date and order reference. Do not send card details, passwords or the contents of your PDFs. We can investigate and use the options available for that store. This information does not limit any refund, withdrawal or other consumer right you have under applicable law.
