What these technologies do

Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to store and send with later requests. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Ordinary browser caching also keeps downloaded assets to make later visits faster; it is not an advertising profile created by KayaPDF.

What KayaPDF adds

Our current website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or load advertising and analytics trackers. The language is part of the page address, so no language cookie is needed. Fonts and app screenshots are served with the site. There is no sign-in session, embedded third-party video or payment form.

Technologies in the mobile app

The usage analytics preference is enabled by default, subject to applicable consent choices. When collection is permitted, it shares app and tool usage, device information, approximate location and an installation identifier with Google Firebase Analytics to help improve KayaPDF. PDF content and filenames are never included. Participation is optional; you can turn it off anytime in Settings. AdMob banners in the mobile app may use device identifiers and storage. Their data use and choices are explained in the Privacy Policy. This website does not load AdMob; browser settings do not control in-app advertising choices.

Cloudflare delivery and security

Cloudflare serves and protects this website and processes connection information. Depending on the security features in use, it may set technical cookies. For example, cf_clearance can record that a security check was passed; __cf_bm can support bot protection. These examples are conditional, not a claim that both cookies are set on every visit. Their use and duration depend on the enabled service and configuration. KayaPDF does not use these technical security cookies for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

Your choices

You can inspect, block or delete site data in your browser settings. Blocking a security cookie may cause repeated checks or prevent access. The current site has no optional tracking preferences to configure. If we introduce technologies that require consent, we will ask before activating them and provide a way to withdraw consent.
